The fine Print
Referral Program Rules & Details
Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing clients and partners of Kelley Jorgensen Designs. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with Kelley Jorgensen Designs for any services.
Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on our website. Additionally, the referral contact must call, text, or email Kelley Jorgensen Designs within 30 days to validate the referral. Referrals not validated within this timeframe will be considered invalid.
Commission Details: Referrers will earn 10% of the project cost for each successful referral. The commission will be paid once the referred project is completed and full payment is received from the client. Commissions are calculated based on the initial project cost, excluding any subsequent changes or additional services.
Payment Process: Commissions will be distributed via the payment method chosen by Kelley Jorgensen Designs within 15 days of receiving full payment from the referred client. Referrers are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving their commission.
Referral Limitations: Kelley Jorgensen Designs reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet our quality standards or project criteria. Referrals must result in a signed contract for a web design project to be eligible for the commission.
Confidentiality: All information provided by referrers and referred clients will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the referral program.
Modifications and Termination: Kelley Jorgensen Designs reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated to participants through our website or email.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Kelley Jorgensen Designs. Referrers agree to abide by the decisions made by Kelley Jorgensen Designs regarding the referral program.
